Message	bug them about it you'll never get paid. I've been waiting for 7 months for a $150 claim. UPS takes about a week or so to get a check if they loose/break something. For small cheap items that I don't mind having to replace, the USPS if fine to use. Other than that they suck, and are more expensive to use on larger items. AIM: Zachs300zx
